How do you remove, then re-attach thousands of quality tiles? Very carefully.

Are clay roofing tiles durable? They’re fortress material. In fact, they outlast the roofing beneath them. When that happens, there’s good news: You can re-use the same tiles after you replace your roof’s lining and underlayment. That was the case with this historic Kansas City home. We (very carefully) removed the Ludowici Book tiles, re-sealed the roof, then replaced the tiles. It saves money, retains the aesthetic beauty of your tile and keeps roofing materials out of the landfill. A hat trick!
