Fidler on the Roof KC recently completed a major roofing renewal project at Ursuline Academy, a historic school founded in 1848 in Kirkwood, Mo. Work across the 28-acre campus included removing and reinstalling original Ludowici French clay tiles with new waterproof underlayment, adding copper accessories, gutters, and downspouts, replacing aged composition roofing with Tamko Titan Class 3 shingles, and upgrading a flat roof with a tapered insulation system and TPO membrane.
